Race 4 club
1. Race 4 Club Conditions
1.1. race4 s. r. o. (hereinafter referred to as “ race4Slovakia”) offers a race 4 club program (hereinafter referred to as race 4 club”) to all natural persons - race4Slovakia’s clients. Every client who has participated in any of the Race Academy’s available programs (hereinafter referred to as “Race Academy”) at race4Slovakia becomes a Race 4 Club member. A Race 4 Club member receives a membership card (hereinafter referred to as “race 4 card”). There are 3 types of race 4 card:
a) Basic Card (the "Basic")
b) Silver Card (the "Silver")
c) Gold Card (the "Gold")
2. Race 4 Club Membership, Race 4 Form, Race 4 Card
2.1 Any natural person who is over 18 years old, has a driving license and/or racing license, has attended the Race Academy, and confirms his/her agreement with the membership terms (hereinafter referred to as “terms”) by signing the entry form (hereinafter referred to as “form”)can become a race 4 Club member (hereinafter referred to as “member”).
2.2 You can get your Race 4 Club membership after participating in the Race Academy and duly completing a race 4 club form. A duly completed form must contain true information regarding first name, surname, home address (P. O. Box or work address are not acceptable), phone number, email address, date of birth, date of filling in the form, and your signature. Providing information about blood type is not obligatory but is recommended for safety reasons. After obtaining Race 4 Club membership you will receive a club card. In this way you become a legitimate race 4 card holder.
2.3 Members can get their card at the Race Academy or it will be sent by post to the address indicated on the form.
2.4 Each member may receive and use only one valid race 4 card. The Race 4 card is not transferable and can be exclusively used by the card holder. The Race 4 card is the property of race4Slovakia‘s. A member who meets the conditions for a higher type of membership has to give up the previous race 4 card to race4 s.r.o..
2.5 Race4Slovakia has the right to exclude a race 4 club member – which results in an invalid race 4 card– in the following cases:
a) breaking race4Slovakia conditions in a serious way (especially the continual breaking of Slovakia Ring security measures)
b) abusing the Race 4 Club system and its advantages
c) lawless or unethical behaviour resulting in race4Slovakia suffering damage
d) the member has not used his/her race 4 card for over 1 year. In such cases, membership ceases on the date of the race4Slovakia‘s decision of such exclusion.
2.6 Membership also ceases in the following cases:
a) the member notifies race4Slovakia of such in writing, on the date of receiving this notice
b) the member died or was declared dead, on the date of death or on the date designated by the court as the day of death.
2.7 The cardholder whose membership has expired and whose race 4 card has become invalid loses the right to use race 4 club membership benefits and advantages.
3. Loss and theft of the race 4 card
3.1 The cardholder must immediately inform race4Slovakia of the loss or theft of his/her race 4 card. This can be done by e-mail to info@race4.sk or by calling 0902 440 440. The cardholder will receive a replacement race 4 card within 1 month of informing about the race 4 card loss or theft (for the issuance of a substitute race 4 card, the completion of a new form is not necessary.)
3.2 Any use of a race 4 card after its loss or theft is invalid.
4. Personal data protection and agreement with delivering advertisements
4.1 By signing the Form the member agrees with race4Slovakia‘s processing of his/her personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) stated in the Form, as well as with the processing of data about his/her goods and services purchases which race4Slovakia can obtain during RACE 4 club membership. Such data can only be processed for the purpose of the operation of therace4club. Thus a member agrees in particular with the recording of his/her personal data in an electronic form, with storing, collecting, ordering, searching for, using, combining and regrouping in electronic or written form. He/she also agrees with providing contractors that supply goods, services and other bonuses for the race 4 club with such data in the case of need and to the extent necessary to run the race 4 club. This data processing agreement is valid throughout the race 4 club membership. It cannot be cancelled during membership. However, the agreement with using data for direct marketing purposes and sending advertisements, if not already excluded in the form, as well as the voluntary data processing agreement, if stated, may be cancelled at any time by means of a written signed notice to race4Slovakia.
4.2 Race4Slovakia is responsible for personal data safety and respecting duties given by Act No 428/2002 on Personal Data Protection in information systems as amended. Each person has to state only true personal data in the Form (as per § 11 of the Act).
4.3 Unless the Form contains a member’s disagreement with being informed about race 4 club offers, a member agrees with being sent advertisements, promotional materials, and other information presenting or relating to race4Slovakia and the race 4 club by post, e-mail, telephone, or short message service. A member may cancel this agreement in written form at any time.
5. Club cards and membership benefits
5.1 Each client of Race 4 Slovakia who completes the Race Academy gets a race 4 Slovakia club card in the following way:
a) club card Basic after getting through GP0
b) club card Silver after getting through GP1
c) club card Gold after getting through GP PLUS, GP TOTAL and/or adequate special driver trainings.
5.2 The Basic, Silver or Gold Club card allows the member to use member discounts when purchasing goods or services in race4Slovakia, and to use services accessible only to club members. Discounts, unless individually agreed on otherwise, are determined as follows:
a) EUR 30 discount when ordering a GP 1 for race 4 club members with Basic card
b) 5% discount on racing supplements, 10% discount on other goods for Race 4 club members with Silver card
c) 5% discount on race4Slovakia service = Race Academy, Race Taxi and Race Rent. 10% discount on racing supplements, 15% discount on other goods for race 4 club members with Gold Card.
5.3 Discounts and benefits listed in paragraph 5.2 are not claimable or transferable. Race 4 club membership discounts cannot be counted or combined with other discounts.
6.General, transitional and final provisions
6.1 The race 4 club membership and related rights are not transferable and expire upon a member’s death. Therefore such cannot be subject to inheritance.
6.2 Race4Slovakia reserves the right to change the Terms and discounts in paragraph 5 by written announcement about provision change, or by issuing a new version of the Terms and publishing them on the website. Race4Slovakia has the right to make such changes also in other ways.
6.3 Race4Slovakia has prepared Race 4 club with a long-term intention. However, Race4Slovakia reserves the right to terminate this program. The date of the cessation of race 4 club activities will be declared on the race4Slovakia website, at least one calendar month in advance of such cessation.
6.4 Any presentations and statements related to race 4 club can be exclusively provided by race4Slovakia.
6.5 These Terms issued by race4 s. r. o., based in Šancová 48, 811 05 Bratislava, define Race 4 Club membership scope and terms.
6.6 This version of the Race 4 club Terms and Rules comes into force on 1.8.2010.
